ESTATE PLANNING

So what does estate planning mean anyway? It is blanket term that can cover numerous topics such as:

  • Wills

  • Trusts

  • Financial Powers of Attorney

  • Medical Powers of Attorney

  • Living wills and Other Advanced Care Directives

  • Add many more subjects

Estate planning at its core will help you protect your assets and your family members while you are alive and after you pass away. To put it plainly, these documents help you get your things where you want them to go. At S.C. Titus, we have four estate planning documents that we recommend to every client as part of an estate planning package (of course, these documents do not fit every client, but that are an essential starting point for most):

  1. Last Will and Testament

  2. Living Will

  3. Medical Power of Attorney

  4. Financial Power of Attorney
